This was a strategic planning session conducted for the Livelihood sector of Alliance Development trust with the participation of livelihood staff and other sector heads.
Conducted in early July 2016, facilitation included helping the staff to capture their vision of the future, their current strengths and needs, as well as activities to help them start thinking out of the box. The ultimate objective was to help the organization refine its vision for ending poverty and streamline all its program activities accordingly
