Sanctuary House hosted a leadership training for 36 youth leaders from the Sunday school at St. Anthony’s Church, Kepungoda, on the 29th of October. It was heartening to see the collaboration resume as the Sunday school teachers recalled the successful English and IT classes conducted for needy children in the village by Sanctuary House Integral Institute more than a decade ago. Stacey, a volunteer from Australia, taught English while Akalanka taught IT to students from St. Anthony’s Church, Kepungoda.
