Customized Corporate Training for Third Space Global

Third Space Global is a global education company with over 1,400 tutors in Sri Lanka. On the 11th of March, a customised and co-designed corporate training based on experiential activities was conducted by Sanctuary House for 23 participants. The participants received training on specific corporate performance behaviours to improve communication and coordination for overall effectiveness. “Getting to work together as a team, understanding each other, and respecting everyone’s opinions whilst working on the given tasks independently, was a valuable experience,” said a participant.
