Experiential Learning based training on Leadership for 80 youths from the urban slums was conducted at Sanctuary House Sri Lanka on Nov 2nd. The children learnt many valuable life lessons through a mix of games and structured activities. As always the highlight was the rafting challenge. The children displayed both innovation and implementation skills as they completed this task successfully.
