TEAMBUILDING FOR JOHN KEELLS LOGISTICS STAFF – 1ST JULY 2018
A total of 75 staff and managers from 3 branches of John Keells Logistics attended a One Day Breakthrough Experiential Learning  Teambuildng event at Sanctuary House on July 1st. The participants thoroughly enjoyed the activities on the Low Ropes Course and learnt many lessons through the  Experiential sessions including  being proactive, solution oriented , respecting, supporting and encouraging others as well as importance of situational leadership. One of the Senior Managers present said that he saw the leadership and creative abilities of several of his staff for the first time.
