In December 2014, Sanctuary House and Breakthrough conducted a special one day experiential training program for Bank of Ceylon in partnership with Results Training.
Ten Branch Managers of BoC attended a custom-designed program called Master Managers held at Hotel Galadari Colombo.
According to one of the Managers it was
“ well arranged and interactive; helps to improve our skills and identify drawbacks. A mechanism to measure our talents and correct our bad and unproductive behavior. Very much productive to Banking sector as well as Private Sector”.
