An experiential learning based session was conducted during the 3 day program conducted for 20 participants by the WOMEN’S EDUCATION & RESEARCH CENTRE at Sanctuary House Sri Lanka from 19th to 22nd August 2019.
The Experiential Activities were designed to help the participants develop their problem solving and communication skills. They were also trained to be proactive, persistent and consistent. The training was well received and the participants also compiled very professional videos at very short notice containing the lessons they learnt and would be applying in the future.
