A one day experiential training program was conducted at SH for the managers, supervisors and office staff numbering 24. Senior Management also participated. The day was filled with activities which simulated real-life situations. Reflection, Learning, Solutions and Application were the outcomes in addition to loads of fun, laughter and mutual understanding.
