35 new staff of a large commercial bank attending a one day team building session by Fhix45 a corporate training company in partnership with Sanctuary House Breakthrough trainers.
The team from Fhix45 conducted several great indoor and outdoor sessions to help the participants improve in their attitudes and behavior. The group were also led through several of the Low Ropes Course activities which helped them become more proactive, innovative and supportive. Learning to ask for help was one of the key lessons from this section of the event.
