18 Potential Business coaches participated in this Training of Trainers based on the Partners Worldwide Business Curriculum for Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneuers. Basics of a Business Plan, Costing, Pricing, Marketing, Cash flow management, record keeping were some of the topics covered. The participants also had sessions on Business best practices, Savings and Borrowing, Company registration and other legal matters. They also had a Business exposure visit as well as 2 Business Coaching clinics where they practiced solving real-life problems of aspiring entrepreneurs.
The main objective of ADT is to mobilize a national team of grassroots business consultants who will be able to visit and advice aspiring entrepreneurs on how to develop their businesses safely, and also train others in basic business principles for personal financial welleing.
